$5/lb based on the hanging weight of the animal. $5/lb is a flat rate fee per pound which includes the cost of meat and processing fees! The average hanging weight for each size will be listed below along with a 50% deposit.

The pricing is not the full cost of the animal, but a deposit. When the animal comes into the plant for processing, we will reach out to you with the exact hanging weight, then we will take care of the rest of the payment at that time. 

Beef purchased at the beef auction in Lomira, WI. This economically priced beef is now available for those who want to stock their freezer at a cheaper price than local beef. These animals are NOT LOCAL and are selected by appearance only.

Upon ordering, we will provide you details of when we will be processing and will ask you for what cuts you want out of the animal. After that, we process it exactly how you want it, then the beef is all yours to take home!
