The Butcher in Pine River

Address: Pine River, WI

Our main location where we process all our quality meats from local ranchers. This is our original shop where you can pick up any of our products.

The Garden in Neenah

Address: Neenah, WI

Our newest pickup location! Conveniently located for customers in the Neenah area.

What's Available: Most of our popular items including beef, pork, processed meats, and bundles

How Pickup Works

  • Select items to purchase and add to your online cart
  • Checkout and select your preferred pickup location
  • Pay for your order
  • We'll prepare your order and notify you when it's ready
  • Come to the garden in Neenah, WI location during normal business hours
  • Let the staff know you are there to pick-up an online order for the butcher
  • Give them your name and browse the shop while they pull your order.
  • Receive order, checkout if you are purchasing any more items and please consider coming back to the garden.

Meat our Team

Julian

General Manager / Head Butcher

Co-owner and general manager/customer service, Julian serves us all, holding it together and always adding to his knowledge. Husband and father of two, humble, diligent and bold.

Benjamin

Sales Manager

Handling sales, marketing, social media, pricing and serves as assistant manager under Julian. Husband and father of five, friend, neighbor, entrepreneur, tradesman, salesman and servant-leader, but his faith in God through Jesus holds him together.

Keith

Assistant Butcher

Slaughter floor, processing, smoke products, packaging, grinding and cleaning. Keith is experienced, hard working and learning to teach.

Abrey

Assistant Butcher

Processing, wrapping sausage making and cleaning. Though new, Aubrey is school trained and knowledgeable in many areas of butchery and is becoming a great asset already.

Mr. Russell

Assistant Butcher

Processing, grinding, cleaning and full of knowledge and skill. Husband and father, meat processor, machinist, arborist and true outdoorsman, Russell is a diamond in the rough and we are blessed to have him.

Retail, Pre-Order Bulk, Wholesale and Custom Processing

If you have ever wondered where your food comes or would like to buy cleaner, local meat, consider coming to see us...our suppliers are local ranchers and neighbors. We offer one steak, pork chop or chicken tenderloin at a time or The butcher box bundles (10% discounted) all the way to pre-order bulk (1/4, 1/2 or whole). In person, online with (in-store or Neenah pick-up) or call in an order to Benjamin for quick approval and pick-up. We are here to make accessing clean, local meat for your table normal.
