Beef Patties
These beef patties are made from cattle raised by our local ranching partners. We dry age our beef for one week in our cooler before grinding and forming into convenient, typically 1/4 lb patties. Perfect for quick grilling or pan-cooking.
What you're getting:
Cooking suggestion: Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F. Season simply with salt and pepper to let the beef flavor shine through.
