Our ground beef comes from cattle raised by our local ranching partners and is packaged in approximately 1 lb packages. We dry age our beef for one week in our cooler before grinding fresh in small batches. This versatile ground beef works well in countless recipes.

This beef line is brought in for some in our community that want to buy from us, but are not looking for local beef, but still U.S. beef. Look for this as another option in our The Butcher boxes too.

Cooking suggestion: Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart as it cooks, until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. The meat should be browned throughout.
