The Ground Beef Bundle

This bundle focuses on ground beef from cattle raised by our local ranching partners. We dry age our beef for one week in our cooler before grinding in small batches. Each package is approximately 1 lb. with 10 packages per bundle.

This beef line is ground by us from brought in beef Shoulder Clod and local beef fat for those in our community that want to buy from us, but are not looking for local beef, but still U.S. beef. Look for this as another option in our The Butcher boxes too.
