$3.50/lb based on the hanging weight of the animal. $3.50/lb is a flat rate fee per pound which includes the cost of meat and processing fees! The average hanging weight for each size will be listed below along with a 50% deposit. Smoking is an additional $2/lb!
The pricing is not the full cost of the animal, but a deposit. When the animal comes into the plant for processing, we will reach out to you with the exact hanging weight, then we will take care of the rest of the payment at that time.
